Calming the Nervous System
Do you have a difficult time winding down at the end of the day? Do you feel scattered, overwhelmed, anxious, buzzy, or frequently on edge? Do you feel burnt out and foggy? Do you often feel yourself in fight, flight, or freeze states? It's not in your head! Let's check in with your nervous system. Integrated with Psychotherapy, I offer hands on support for the nervous system in the form of Craniosacral therapy. Moving Through Grief
Has someone close to you died? Are you going through a breakup or another loss? Has your life been altered by something beyond your control? With endings come uncertainty and disruption creating a mixture of anger, sadness, despair, relief, or guilt. You may be in the process of grieving. Let's navigate that process together. I also facilitate grief support groups for children and teens through Josie's Place.
Creating Healthy Boundaries
Is it hard to say no? Are you often overwhelmed? Do you take care of others before yourself? Is finding a work/life balance difficult? Have you felt taken advantage of, misunderstood, or taken for granted? Do other people's emotions affect your mood? If you're feeling drained, burnt out, pulled in many directions, extremely sensitive, or resentful, your boundaries may need some love and attention.
Quieting the Inner Critic
Do you speak to yourself harshly? Do you find yourself wondering how you can fix yourself? Do you ruminate on conversations you've had?Is it hard to celebrate your uniqueness? Is spending time alone uncomfortable? Do you compare yourself to others, or worry that people are judging you? Do you focus on your flaws? Your inner critic may be in overdrive. Let's work together to explore mindful self compassion.
