Reconnecting With Your Inner Compass

Self doubt can develop over time. We learn to prioritize others’ expectations, ignore our own feelings, or question our instincts. Eventually it can become difficult to know what we truly want, or trust ourselves even when we do.

As a somatic therapist, I help clients reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies and emotions. Together, we’ll explore what a genuine “yes” feels like in your body and what a “no” feels like. I’ll support you in learning to recognize the difference between choice that come from fear, obligation, or people pleasing and those that feel aligned with your values and authentic self. I’ll help you build awareness about your unique decision making process, and how/where you feel the answers within.
