Teletherapy is a convenient, low-risk way to receive the benefits of psychotherapy from the comfort and safety of your own home. I currently offer teletherapy services to all clients, and virtual sessions are available for individual adults living anywhere in California. I use a blend of somatics, psychodynamics, and mindfulness, which supports clients in making sense of the ongoing conversation between their body’s signals and their mind’s interpretation.
